To say Tianne Bataille has vast experience creating new initiatives is a (big) understatement.
Tianne has helped countless businesses get started. She understands the complexities in getting a new initiative off the ground, and is passionate about problem-solving to help create a new entity and move it towards being successful.
Tianne puts her extensive legal expertise to work on a variety of legal challenges at All Rise. Her experience includes negotiation and implementation of complex corporate and commercial transactions, international transactions and compliance, technology transactions, intellectual property development, outsourcing, consulting and other professional services agreements, U.S and international corporate law, board and other governance matters, U.S. banking regulatory laws, and commercial real estate and litigation matters.
While Tianne has helped start many new businesses, she’s also built and served several non-profits. Tianne helped launch of the human trafficking initiative at the Legal Aid Society of Metropolitan Family Services, which provides end to end legal services for survivors of human trafficking in the Chicago area. She was a founding member of LIFT Foundation, Inc., which sponsors a youth leadership academy in Tamil Nadu, India., and sShe also co-led an international team of pro bono lawyers to safeguard women and children in the work place in Nepal. promote access to education for children in Nepal. These are just a fewtwo of many examples. Tianne is also a Thesis Reviewer at the Harvard at their Graduate School of Design where students are challenged to create a business solution to a complex societal problem.
