Alex helps "impact" businesses and investors – companies in the growing sector of social enterprise, impact investing, and for-profit socially driven entities – create profit with purpose.
In addition to her work with socially driven companies, she advises a broad range of traditional businesses on corporate governance, securities, and mergers and acquisitions. She also has experience in commercial finance and lending - assisting both borrowers and lenders to facilitate and finance business operations.
Alex is interested in all things #legaltech, and enjoys considering ways to help law become more accessible, efficient, and innovation-driven.
She lived in Chicago for a decade and now resides in the Platt Park neighborhood of Denver. Alex loves hiking with her golden retriever, Thumper, and rooting for the Iowa Hawkeyes!
