Jennifer Hoenig

Jennifer Hoenig is a corporate M&A attorney who enjoys helping entrepreneurs and mid-market business owners turn their ideas into successful business ventures!

 

Prior to joining AllRise, Jennifer spent ten years building a certified woman-owned
law firm north of Boston specializing in new and emerging technologies. With
expertise in mergers & acquisitions, corporate structuring, private equity, secured and unsecured financings, and LLCs, she provides exceptional counsel to her clients as they prepare for and negotiate a stock or asset sale.

Jennifer is a graduate of Bowdoin College and Northeastern University School of
Law and began her legal career at Bingham McCutchen LLP’s Boston office.  She is a member of the American Bar Association-Business Law Section, Women’s Bar
Association, New England Women in Energy and the Environment, and USA500
Clubs.  Jennifer is also a certified forest therapy guide through the Association of
Nature and Forest Therapy (ANFT) and owns Living Canopy, LLC, where she offers
forest outings to groups as a way to reconnect with the natural world. She remains
active in politics on the town, state, and federal levels, loves to go camping with her
family, and is a mixed media artist in her spare time. Her life is a soundtrack and
her motto is “Dance no matter who’s watching!” so she represents her clients with a
song in her heart and a spring in her step.
