After practicing in a big law firm environment, Allison Cordova has found her home at AllRise. The ability to be part of firm leadership, work closely with other attorneys, and be able to interact on a daily basis not just with her clients but with their products and services, have made Allison and AllRise a great fit. 

 

Allison represents clients in securities work, financing, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance, and general corporate work. She loves working with clients who create innovative products and services and new technologies, and being a trusted advisor to those innovative businesses. 

 

Allison graduated Law School from Harvard and undergrad from Columbia University. While in law school, she was a summer legal intern at Massachusetts Institute of Technology in the Office of General Counsel, and a clinical student at both Harvard Law School’s Estate Planning and Transactional Law clinics. She has also worked in non-profit management consulting, acting in an advisor counseling role.

 

A Chicago resident, Allison spends most of her non-work time with her family, but when she has a little bit of time, you can find her dancing. She practices different forms from modern to ballet, and performed professionally with a modern company in Boston. It’s no wonder she’s able to glide through legal transactions both brilliantly and gracefully.
