Jennifer Hoenig

Jennifer Hoenig is a corporate M&A attorney who enjoys helping entrepreneurs and mid-market business owners turn their ideas into successful business ventures!

 

Prior to contracting with AllRise, Jennifer spent ten years building a certified woman-owned law firm north of Boston specializing in new and emerging technologies. With expertise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, private equity, secured and unsecured financings, and LLCs, she provides exceptional counsel to our clients as they prepare for and negotiate a stock or asset sale.

Jennifer is a graduate of Bowdoin College and Northeastern University School of
Law and began her legal career at Bingham McCutchen LLP’s Boston office.  She is a member of the American Bar Association-Business Law Section, Women’s Bar
Association, New England Women in Energy and the Environment, and USA500
Clubs.  Jennifer is also a certified forest therapy guide through the Association of
Nature and Forest Therapy (ANFT) and owns Living Canopy, LLC, where she offers
forest outings to groups as a way to reconnect with the natural world. She remains
active in politics on the town, state, and federal levels, loves to go camping with her
family, and is a mixed media artist in her spare time. Her life is a soundtrack and
her motto is “Dance no matter who’s watching!” so she represents her clients with a
song in her heart and a spring in her step.
