Ashley Duran

After training in large law firm environments, Ashley Duran brings sophisticated corporate and securities experience to her work with clients at AllRise. She values the ability to work closely with clients, understand their businesses at a practical level, and serve as a trusted advisor as they navigate growth, capital formation, and regulatory complexity.

 

Ashley represents founders, emerging companies, and growth-stage businesses in corporate formation and governance matters, private securities offerings, venture capital and private equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, and ongoing securities law compliance. She enjoys working with innovative companies and entrepreneurs and helping them structure transactions that support long-term business goals.

 

Ashley earned her law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. During law school, she worked extensively with early-stage companies through transactional clinics and trained alongside attorneys in large law firm settings, receiving an offer to join Big Law upon graduation. That foundation continues to shape her practical, business-focused approach to legal counseling.

 

Ashley is admitted to practice in California and the District of Columbia. Outside of her legal practice, Ashley values family, service, and intentional living, and brings those principles into her work with clients.
