his business, Sarah Lowe is dedicated to helping them tell that story successfully, with a happy and profitable ending!

Sarah believes in the combination of hard work, deep knowledge of the law, and rock
solid partnerships. She excels at the crucial day to day tasks involved in corporate M&A work, from shareholder consent to financing to contracts. She also builds strong relationships by getting to know and care about her clients, their businesses, and their lives. Her biggest reward comes when a deal is finalized and someone else’s story ends with the payoff that rewards their hard work.

Sarah’s strong work ethic was born and fostered on the farm where she grew up,
watching her parents work every day from sunrise to sundown. It had a profound
influence on her life, leading to Colgate University, Northeastern Law School, and many years of successful corporate work at Mintz Levin in New York City.

Sarah lives in the suburbs of New York City with her husband and three active and
athletic daughters, as well as Buddy the labradoodle. Her family loves anything
outdoors and active. When she heads indoors, she likes to cook, and she’s an avid
reader.
