Tiffany Schriner is a Freelance Paralegal with over 10 years of experience in many sectors of the legal profession.  Her preferred specialty is in Business & Corporate Law where she assists clients with business formations, corporate governance matters, mergers & acquisitions due diligence, closing transactions, and corporate filings.  Tiffany is committed to her work as a paralegal and equally so to building and maintaining close business relationships with colleagues and clients alike.

 

Tiffany’s home base is in Iowa with her husband and two sons. During the summer months, Tiffany enjoys spending her time “glamping” and can often be found sitting lakeside while working remotely.
